As was my expectation, Jayden was on time, professional, friendly and efficient.
What I didn't expect was that he was also super friendly and interactive with my daughter and the dog while I loaded the other pets up in the car to vacate the property.
He happily answered any questions I had and was able to provide accurate time frames all with a friendly demeanour.
